State v. Locke

¶1 James Curtis Locke (Locke) appeals from an order of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, denying Locke’s motion to withdraw his Alford plea to the offense of felony robbery. We affirm.

¶2 Locke presents the following issue for review:
