MEMORANDUM DECISION

WOODCOCK, District Judge.

I. Introduction

The Plaintiff, Priscilla E. Dubois, widow and personal representative of Herve Du-bois, seeks damages from the United States under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq., for what she contends was malpractice committed on December 30,1997 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Togus, Maine (“Togus VA” or “Government”). This Court concludes that Mr. Dubois’ bowel preparation did not fall below an appropriate standard of medical care and, in any event, did not cause injury to Mr. Dubois. This Court, therefore,…
