*1781Appeal from a judgment of the Genesee County Court (Robert C. Noonan, J.), rendered March 4, 2015. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the second degree (three counts), burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
