In this tragic workplace-death case, Sandra Paul, personal representative of her husband’s estate, appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Defendant Henri-Liné Machine Tools (HLMT), the manufacturer and seller of the milling machine her husband was oper ating when he was mortally injured. For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM.
