OPINION First Service Bank for Savings advanced more than $24 million to Sunshine Development, Inc. between 1985 and 1988 to finance several of Sunshine's real estate developments. The bank lost confidence in Sunshine after a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") audit report criticized several of Sunshine's loans.
