Appeal by the plaintiff, Dora Johnson, as administratrix, etc., from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of the defendant, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Kings on the 18th day of June, 1914, upon the dismissal of the complaint by direction of the court at the close of the case.

Rich, J.:

This appeal is from a judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s complaint at the close of the evidence, in an action to recover for negligence. The deceased was a painter and expert rigger in the employ of defendant’s bridge department, which was engaged in December, 1912, in painting the structural iron work of the Brooklyn bridge where it crosses Main street in the borough of Brooklyn.
