OPINION

DAVIS, Chief Justice.

Ferrell Ray Goodwin pleaded guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity. The court deferred an adjudication of guilt and placed him on community supervision for eight years. Five years later, the court adjudicated his guilt and sentenced him to eight years’ imprisonment. Goodwin presents three issues in which he con tends: (1) the evidence is insufficient to support his guilty plea; (2) this Court should modify the judgment to reflect conviction of a lesser-included offense; and (3) this Court should reverse the judgment and remand this cause for a new…
