Appellant The Boon Insurance Agency, Inc. ("Boon”) appeals the district court's summary judgment in favor of appellees, American Airlines, Inc.; Continental Airlines, Inc.; Delta Airlines, Inc.; and America West Airlines, Inc. (collectively, the “Airlines”). Their dispute arises from certain restrictions on economy-class airline tickets that Boon purchased from the Airlines.
