The Circuit Court of Lincoln County has certified to this Court the questions of law arising upon the overruling of a demurrer filed by one of the defendants in an action of debt pending in that county of the State of West Virginia suing for the use and benefit of the Boone National Bank of Madison against the members of the County Court of Lincoln County, the sureties on their official bonds and another.
