This appeal is from an order sustaining a demurrer to an amended bill of complaint filed by a wife, praying that she be awarded sole custody and guardianship of a minor child of the parties and maintenance and support for herself and the child, that she be awarded a divorce a vinculo on the grounds of abandonment, desertion, and cruelty of treatment, that she be awarded a counsel fee, and for other and further relief.
