Tuitt, J.), entered on or about April 7, 2015, which, insofar as appealed from as limited by the briefs, granted the motion of defendant Leopeter Alvarez for summary judgment dismissing the claims of serious injury resulting in “significant” or “permanent consequential” limitation of use of plaintiff’s knees within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d), unanimously affirmed, without costs.
