ZACHARY, Judge.

*39 Daniel Blackmon (plaintiff) appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Tri-Arc Food Systems, Inc., d/b/a Bojangles (defendant) on plaintiff's claim for damages based on defendant's negligence in designing and maintaining its parking lot. On appeal plaintiff argues that the trial court erred by entering summary judgment, on the grounds that there were genuine issues of material fact regarding defendant's negligence. We disagree.
