The plaintiffs appeal from an order of a three-judge district court dismissing their complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. The decision of the district court is reported. See Bogue v. Faircloth, S.D.Fla. 1970, 316 F.Supp. 486.
We have concluded that the appeal must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The federal courts of appeals have jurisdiction of appeals from all final decisions of the district courts, except where a direct review may be had in the Supreme Court. 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
