These cases are now before the court upon consideration of the claims of persons asserting maritime liens. They arose in this way: In the two above equity causes, the first named was for an accounting brought by the Virginia Shipbuilding Corporation against the United States Shipping Board Emergency Eleet Corporation, and the second by the United States against the Virginia Shipbuilding *157Corporation and others to foreclose certain mortgages upon ships subsequently sold herein.
