The petition alleges that Mr. Augustus Zerega, the testator, died on the 23d of December, 1888, possessed of an estate of about $2,000,000, real and personal, and that his will was admitted to probate on the 11th of February, 1889. By the terms of such will the testator nominated and appointed as his executors and executrices and testamentary trustees his wife, Eliza Morch Zerega, his sons, John A. Zerega and George Theodore Zerega, and his daughter, Louisa A. Barnard, all of whom qualified. The testator devised and bequeathed to his said executors and executrices all his real and…
