MEMORANDUM AND ORDER REGARDING COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE NON-DISCHARGEABILITY OF A DEBT

This matter came on for trial on August 4, 1980 upon the complaint of Jeffrey Uve-zian (“Uvezian”) to determine that a debt owing to him from the debtor, Gregory Kojoyian (“Kojoyian”) be declared non-dis-chargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. §§ 101, et seq.). The plaintiff alleges that he gave a sum of money to the defendant after relying upon false and misleading representations of the defendant and that this constituted actual fraud, wherefore…
