Barone, J.), entered May 9, 2013, which, insofar as appealed from as limited by the briefs, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the Labor Law §§ 200 and 241 (6) causes of action, and denied plaintiff’s cross motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability on those claims, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
