The accident out of which this case arose occurred at the unloading platform of the Chesapeake Paper Board Company. The paper company’s plant is adjacent to the Locust Point branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company. The paper company owns a private siding which runs from the main track of the railroad into its property and over which it receives cars of coal and materials used in its business.
