This is a petitory action. Plaintiff claims to be the owner of cer*351tain real estate situated in Caddo parish, Louisiana. The property was acquired of plaintiff’s father, Simon Ford, and plaintiff claims by inheritance from him. The suit is against several parties who are in possession of and claim to own the land.

The district judge rendered a written opinion, found in the record, in which he has correctly stated the facts.

His holdings on the law points involved are, in our opinion, correct also.
