Jeff Williams (appelant) filed a complaint against Susie Jones (appellee) alleging he bought forty acres of land on June 3, 1959 from the State Land Commissioner; that the lands were sold to the State for the taxes of 1945; that he had been in adverse possession for twelve years;' that he had placed valuable improvements thereon, and; that appellee claimed some interest in said land. The prayer was to have his title confirmed.
