Tbis suit was instituted in tbe district court of Floyd county by tbe plaintiff, Commercial Standard Insurance Company, to set aside an award made by tbe Industrial Accident Board of tbis state in favor of W. R. Carr, employee, J. D. Ayres and C. Payne, bis attorneys, on account of injuries received by Carr in tbe course of bis employment as an employee of tbe Panhandle Sand & Gravel Company. Tbe plaintiff filed with tbe papers in tbe case, for tbe purpose of showing tbe jurisdiction of tbe court, a copy of tbe award made by tbe Industrial Accident Board.
