Plaintiff, executor of the will of Emma A. Sands, deceased, seeks a construction of the will of Thomas S. Sands, deceased, that will require reimburse-, ment for medical expenses disbursed by plaintiff’s testatrix in her lifetime and for burial costs paid by plaintiff after her death. The denial of reimbursement for medical expenses should be affirmed not because, as held below, the testatrix had brought and withdrawn a suit upon them in her lifetime but because it is not shown that the medical attention was reasonably necessary.
