The information, as originally drawn, charged that plaintiff, on February 10,1924, at and within the town of McLeansboro, in Hamilton county, Illinois, did then and there unlawfully possess intoxicating liquor intended for use in violating the Prohibition Act of Illinois [Cahill’s St. ch. 43], while the said town of McLeansboro was then and there prohibition territory.
