NIXON, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on Motions to Dismiss filed by the defendants, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company and American Mutual Insurance Company. The plaintiff, Henry B. Logan, brought this action directly against the defendants under the uninsured motorist provisions of his insurance policies on behalf of his minor son, Sean Patrick Logan, who was injured when struck by an allegedly uninsured vehicle owned by Gustave D.
