WEBER, District Judge.

Plaintiff has brought this suit seeking recovery from defendant of certain moneys and stocks alleged to be due and owing by defendant to plaintiff pursuant to a bonus award contract. Defendant filed its answer, admitting for all practical purposes all factual matters set forth in plaintiff’s Amended Complaint and denying those matters denominated by defendant as legal conclusions.
