Guaranty State Bank of Graham v. Neill

J. A. Neill, who held a judgment against the Western Producing & Drilling Company for the sum of $500, with interest and costs of suit, sued out a writ of garnishment which was duly served upon Elridge Price, which required him to answer what, if anything, he owed the defendant Western Producing & Drilling Company.
