ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.
John D. Parisién was convicted in the County Court for Rolette County of Driving under Suspension and Fleeing a Police officer after entering pleas of guilty to both charges. We affirm.
Parisién challenges the convictions, asserting that the county court failed to comply with Rule 11, N.D.R.Crim.P., by failing to “personally” advise Parisién of his rights and by accepting a plea of guilty when Parisién had not knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to counsel.
