FLAHERTY, Judge.
Venson L. Johnson (Claimant) petitions for review from a decision and order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which denied him benefits pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). 1 The Board concluded that Claim ant’s behavior constituted sexual harassment in violation of the Office of Attorney General’s (Employer) policy and was disqualifying willful misconduct. We affirm.
