HAWKINS, Judge.
Conviction is for possessing equipment for the manufacture of intoxicating liquor, punishment being one year in the penitentiary.
Armed with a search warrant officers searched appellant’s private residence. It was a five-room bungalow with a large attic. In the kitchen cabinet was found one pint of whisky. The trap door leading into the attic was locked. The key to the same was secured from appellant.
