BACKGROUND 1
Before this Court is the debtor’s “Complaint To Determine Validity And Extent Of Lien And To Object To Proof Of Claim of Midfirst Bank” (the “Complaint”) that was filed with this court on August 25, 2000. Midfirst Bank (the “Bank”) filed its answer to the Complaint on September 26, 2000 and, upon Court approval after a hearing on notice, the Bank filed an amended answer on June 22, 2001. 2 A hearing was held on April 19, 2001, at which the parties asked to submit this matter upon stipulated facts and submission of briefs.
