CHESNUT, District Judge.

This is a proceeding under Chapter XI of the- Bankruptcy Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 905, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq. The debtor is Credit Service, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which has had its principal office and business in this district for more than six months past. It is essentially merely a holding company with assets consisting largely of stock in subsidiaries, some of which are engaged in the small loan business.
