HUGHES, Justice.

This is a venue case in which the appellants are Harry Newton Inc., Harry New ton and Commo'nwealtK Insurance Company of New York. Appellee is H. Richards Oil Company.

Appellee sued appellants and W. S. Luckie Construction Company, Inc., hereinafter called Luckie, for the sum of $11,-181.16 for gasoline and other petroleum products sold and delivered to Luckie and used on the highway project mentioned below.
