Chalfant, J.,

Decedent, a widower, died Jan. 28, 1929, after an illness of three months which confined him to his home, but not to his bed. He executed his will on May 26, 1928, and it was duly probated and letters testamentary issued. He bequeathed $5000 to his daughter, who is an only child, and, after some charitable bequests, gave the residue to his executors in trust for her with power of consumption of the principal.
