Defendant Reeder appeals from a judgment convicting him of the sale of heroin. In a four-count information, a codefendant, Contreras, individually was charged in count I with the felony of selling cocaine in violation of Health and Safety Code section 11352, subdivision (a). In count II, Contreras was charged individually with the felony of selling heroin in violation of Health and Safety Code section 11352, subdivision (a).
