Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County (Ralph A. Boniello, III, J.), entered November 14, 2014. The order denied the pre-answer motion of defendants to dismiss the complaint.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs, the motion is granted and the complaint is dismissed.
