On November 25, 2008, Plaintiff Industrial Insulation Group, LLC, Successor of Calsilite Manufacturing Corp., Inc., (“IIG”) filed a Verified Complaint for Injunctive and Other Relief (Doc. 1) against Defendants C. Gary Sproule, III (“Sproule”), Sproule Manufacturing Co., Inc. (“SMC”), and S & B Consulting, LLC (“S & B”) alleging causes of action for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
