Action for personal injury under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. From verdict and judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $20,000 defendant appeals. It is conceded that at the time of plaintiff's alleged injury he and the defendant were engaged in interstate commerce and that the suit was properly brought under the above mentioned act.
