This is a proceeding in prohibition brought by the relator Ira Williams against Honorable G. Derk Green, judge of the circuit court of Linn County, and Lucille Fuoss, city clerk of the city of Brookfield in said county, to prohibit Judge Green and those acting under his orders from opening the ballot boxes in a city election held on April 7, 1953, in Brookfield, a city of the third class under City Manager form of government.
