Plaintiff Jormar Construction Co., Inc. filed a motion, pursuant to Civil Practice Law and Rules § 3215 (a) and (b), seeking entry of a default judgment against defendant Henry Tinawi, also known as Henry Tenawi, or, in the alternative, scheduling an inquest in plaintiff’s favor to assess damages and award costs to plaintiff.
