Neal David Ricker appeals from his conviction for two counts of assault in the first degree, § 565.050, RSMo 19941 and two counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015. Ricker was sentenced to consecutive terms of twenty-five years imprisonment on Counts I and II (assault and armed criminal action) and to consecutive terms of twenty-five years imprisonment on Counts III and IV (assault and armed criminal action) to be served concurrently to the sentences on Counts I and II.
