— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bonomo, J.), rendered July 2, 1982, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (four counts), criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment modified, on the law, by vacating the sentence imposed, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for resentencing in accordance herewith. As so modified, judgment affirmed.
