The jury convicted Ernest Dewayne Smith of aggravated robbery and assessed his punishment at 20 years confinement. We affirm.
There is no challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. Yong Chan Kim testified through an interpreter that he owned a beauty supply store where he and his wife worked. Kim testified that on January 14, 2000, he, his wife, and his one-year-old son were in the store getting ready to close when appellant entered the store with a gun and said: “Don’t move.
