The plaintiffs are the owners of a lot of ground situate in the Tenth Ward, in the City of Pittsburgh, having thereon erected a dwelling house. The lot is in a block that is bounded on the east by Chislett Street, on which it fronts, on the west by Jancey Street, on the south by Bryant Street, and on the north by Yetter Street. All of the land in this block was formerly owned by Gustave Moll and Prank I. Rutledge, under whom the plaintiffs and the defendant claim title.
