BRATTON, Circuit Judge.

Cessna Aircraft Company, hereinafter referred to as Cessna, was engaged in the manufacture and sale of aircraft products. By written contract, Aerial Surveys of Pittsburgh, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Aerial, was a distributor in Pennsylvania of Cessna products. The last contract into which Cessna and Aerial entered was dated November 9, 1953; by its terms, it expired December 20, 1954; and it was not extended or renewed.
