Following his eviction after a dispossessory action, Inyang Peter Oduok, acting pro se, sued Wedean Properties, Inc., Dave Wedean, Kenton Wedean, Barbara Finney, Fern Finney, Alpha Evictions and Collections, Todd Scott, Wells Fargo Bank, and three John Doe defendants. The trial court granted summary judgment to Wedean Properties, Inc. and Dave and Kenton Wedean (collectively “Wedean Defendants”) and dismissed without prejudice Oduok’s claims against the remaining defendants for lack of service or failure to state a claim.
