Plaintiff, Aixa I. Rodríguez-González (“plaintiff’ or “Rodríguez-González”), filed the present action against defendant, Michael J. Astrue (“defendant” or “Astrue”), seeking review of an Administrative Law Judge’s (“ALJ”) decision to deny plaintiffs claim for disability benefits pursuant. Docket No. 1.
