On the 29th of October, A. D., 1878, John Browne filed his bill in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida for the Fifth 'Judicial Circuit in the County of Alachua, against Adaline Brown, Louis A. Barnes and Sarah R. Barns, his wife, Thomas H. Barnes and Louisa J. Barnes, his wife, and Elizabeth G.
