The appellant, Anthony Bright, was convicted of illegal possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-212, Ala. Code 1975, and was sentenced to three years' imprisonment.
The state relied on a theory of constructive possession in this case. The appellant contends that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to prove that he had constructive possession of the controlled substance.
