Blackburn, Judge.

The defendant was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The defendant filed a motion to suppress the evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, asserting that the warrant was deficient and lacked probable cause. The judge granted the motion to suppress as to the cocaine charge, but denied the motion as to the gun, marijuana and money found by law enforcement officers.
