Appeals (1) from an order of the Surrogate’s Court of Schoharie County (Wilhelm, S.), entered February 27, 2014, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to SCPA 1502, to issue letters of successor cotrusteeship for the trust created under the will of Philip Schuyler, and (2) from an order and that part of a decree of said court, entered June 5, 2014 and June 23, 2014, which denied petitioner’s application for an award of counsel fees.
